The Performance Leadership Series consists of three courses designed to give leaders perspectives, tools and understanding required to operate at a high level in today’s organizations. In our experience, human performance, accountability and trust, are the necessary ingredients to lead any group of people committed to achieving something together. While often spoken about many still lack tangible, practical access to creating such a culture.

By becoming proficient in human performance and leadership, accountability, and trust, our clients – no matter their industry – transform their capacity to generate results in themselves and others.

These courses can be taken as a series or independently. While designed to go together, one is not a pre-requisite for the other.

The cost of each course is $1,200 per person.
What package options do you have for teams and small
companies?

For small teams of five to ten people looking to take any of the Performance Leadership Series online courses together, we provide special rates and coaching opportunities:

 

  • Investment: $950 per person (for five to ten people)
  • Group Coaching Options:
    • Included: Bi-weekly public Q&A with program coach and non-group participants.
      This option is ideal for teams who will all be taking the course but who will be out-of-sync with one another
    • Available: Bi-weekly private Q&A with program coach for just your team.
      This option elevates the dynamics on the team to support both individual learning and cultural development. The financial investment for this additional service is dependent on the size of your team ($2,500 – $5,000).

What customization options do you have for organizations?
